 'Recent Work - 2010' is Guy Brown's first solo exhibition at Ray Hughes Gallery. It continues his idiosyncratic study of traditional and contemporary still life themes;  bowls of strawberries, fresh seafood and other classic subjects alongside staple guns, licorice allsorts, high heeled shoes or Chinese antiquities from the Ray Hughes collection. The exhibition opens Saturday 21 May and all are invited to join the artist in the Gallery for drinks, 4-6pm.
